It will depend how willing a person is to accept they were driving badly as to how much value it will offer in the long run. imho..

The amount of people I see drifting over the white line or more often towards the kerb on my 6 mile journey to and from work is ridiculous! The amount of cars on that same journey that brake on nearly every corner and at the sight of every on-coming car suggests that there are definitely too many under-confident drivers on the road that really shouldn't be. when i did one it didnt include an eyesight test it was informative though i think it depends on who is doing the course
