Just to add to the book Nafeman wrote above, there should be two pushfit fastenings underneath the bumper that clip to supports coming out from the back of the car. Start by undoing them (if they're still there), then follow the instructions as posted.

Oh yeah! Yeah, I've had one Prelude that's had those before... They were fastened to the bumper, but not to the chassis :lol:
