Who is the bad driver?

Banter goes here, and doesn't have to be Lude related

Who said it was me driving? :)

The wide angle cam makes the speed seem a lot
faster than is really the case.

The cam car was travelling at the legal speed limit.

From experience, I find that drivers seem to think that
it's okay to pull out when they want & from the insurer's
point of view, if you hit someone from behind then it's
your fault.

It looks to me like the guy pulling out may be being an ass. Or, he may just be a confused soul like so many on our roads. The driver of the cam car I would say is not allowing sufficient leeway for this kind of thing - otherwise known as being an ass. But a bigger ass.

Are you sure that he/she is doing the legal limit? Judging by the time taken between the signs counting down to the junction I would have calculated faster, but it is kind of tricky to tell!

Driver with the car cam is a complete fu-cking tool and I for one would be happy to administer the 10 lashes to his/her/your back in a public square. No excuses, no reply. Thats a big D-ick with a small penis.

:D Have a nice day.

Fair point.

I think they also take the view that if you hit someone from behind, regardless, you were going too fast/not reading the road correctly.. when I say 'you', I don't necessarily mean you, @vtectom ..unless you really were driving.. :nono:

A car slows as it is pulling off into a slip lane. The car behind indicates and moves into the overtaking lane as a result. Cam car is not paying attention to situation ahead of him, is obviously travelling at some speed (apparent by the amount of cars that are being overtaken) and, given the situation presented ahead of which he should have been aware, makes no attempt to slow down, . Instead he performs an illegal move and undertakes, very lucky that car in front had decided not to move back into the outside lane.

Therefore the bad driver is the gentleman's sausage in the cam car.

Since when? Liability is decided by the circunstances involved in an accident and negligence or contributory negligence.

I've passed the over-riding message to the driver.

He is now aware that he is a tool, ass, penis etc

Chances are the other driver was following a satnav a little too literally and sticking right at the turn off. Either way, never assume/predict what someone might do/has seen.
