Thanks muchly mate.
The issue I'm having is my Thule 'feet' are different to yours, and I can't see how the extension bars fit to the normal bars, if that's makes sense?

Is the bracket for the extension bars already part of the existing feet, or does it come with - i.e. it's model specific?

My feet have an additional bit of box-section on them if I remember rightly that the bars that run front-to-back slide into.

That's what I'm afraid of....I'm hoping that those parts come with any extension kit.
I've emailed Thule direct to see what they suggest.
I may actually just try the rack up there as it is...except that I need the bolts and brackets for that too...

Hmmm... I couldn't say without checking, but having just Google-searched "Thule short roof adapter" I think everything you need will come with it, and it's jogged my memory a bit and now I'm thinking the front-to-back bars have hooky bits (on the box section I mentioned) that slide up and down for adjustment. So those bits hook over part of the original feet. If that makes sense?

Not necessarily the right model number (As I can't remember what series mine is) but this is pretty much it...

I think I've actually got the manual for mine at home as well, so I can check that for part numbers for you.

Ironically enough Nafe, that looks VERY much like the mechs that I have on mine. Thanks man :D
Don't have a link to where you found that do you? Might be able to find a model number, as can't find squat on the actual items :-/

EDIT: Dont worry! Found it, it's the 477. Still not sure if it'll fit though looking at it, might have to see what Thule say.

If you PM me your email address Bennyboy, I'll send you the PDF file that shows the fitting instructions for the roof rack I have (kit 109).

It's a very basic one. Different to Nafe's and a lot less complicated. :)
