The cartoon I'm on about. Excuse the poor footage, it's the only English version I could find on Youtube...

And @Wurlycorner, surely Teddy Ruxpin is much softer?

To keep Wurly happy...

From my younger days:

Pipkins (Hartley Hare!! Harltey Hare!!)
Fingermouse
Mr Benn
Rhubard & Custard
All Aboard the Skylark..
Bagpuss
Camberwick Green
Trumpton
Captain Scarlet
Thunderbirds
Play Away & Play School (Brian Cant & Derek Griffiths are fooking heros!)
Rainbow (having a good old tommy tank over Jane in her tight leotards)
Take Hart

Then the young teens:
Terrahawks (with Zelda from the Evil Dead)
Mooncat (with the Giddy Game Show)
Clopper Castle (probably the best kids TV show ever! lol)
Chorlton & The Wheelies
Thundercats (mmm.... thigh boots)
Masters of the Universe
Dungeons & Dragons
Pob

Ah, them days of 3 TV channels and no broadcasts until late morning....

I'm not sure what was worse, the playing of the anthem or that disproportionate clown.

I used to have nightmares as a kid about clowns. Never liked circuses as a consequence.
