If it turns sour let an admin know. It sounds like your on the case as much as can be though.

My first thought was to name, not necessarily to shame, but so as the rest of us know who not to deal with.

And again, I'm surprised you're even entertaining this. You're a better man than I am and I thought I was decent enough when it came to dealing with. I wouldn't have told him "kindly" to do one... What else could you have done to make him aware?... He knew what he was buying
