MOT Update #2 - IT PASSED!!! :jdm:

They replaced the "O/S/F Top Ball Joint Gaitor" (about £20 parts & £27 labour). :?

The purpose of this thread was to see whether they would perform a non-cat emissions test on my BB4 as I have a de-cat fitted.
I'm pleased to announce they did, and here's the proof;

I've also noticed on the Braketest form that they weigh the car.
Mine weighs 1280kg. Is that good? Can we call the BB4 the 'lightweight' model?

The "term" "lightweight spec" (aka "poverty spec") is given to a BB4 with no extras... Just possibly LSD. I thought you knew this Tony! :roll:

Great news on the decat passing front though :D When was your lude registered in '94 though? As that's whan the cut off point for a non-CAT test is isn't it?

And a note to all others, you're lude probably still has to be quite healthy to pass with flying colours sporting a decat.

1995 is the cut off for imports. My BB4 is the propper povo spec, no LSD :cry:
