Sorry to say it, but wouldn't it just be typical if you get another payment reminder! It's one thing getting confirmation on the phone, but make sure it's all cleared on their systems. I've had this before with a completely different issue.

Yeah, she said, "Oh, the block (payment reminder prevention) had been removed for some reason". She said she'll write me up a new receipt and pop it in the post, so everything should be ok ;-)
