How about if he was to come back, but reframes from joining in any banter and casting his opinion on subjects that everyone else understands as a joke (After all, this was generally when he'd explode,) until he's proven for a time that he can handle himself? He'll be able to use the forum for technical purposes and even selling/buying if he wishes? (It'd obviously be up to the other members whether they trade with him or not.)

... Basically put him on a short leash.

If he comes back I won't be holding my tongue if I feel he steps out of line again.

I never had any dealings with him.. but i did see the abuse

so id vote NO as i've heard many people had a problem with him, and I rather not have all that hassle back. TBH i don't see no rants no more and i think its unfair on the Moderators having to check up on every topic he posts

do you mean you'll hold back you're fingers on the typing side instead of the speech side?
