@gayno: no. nathan at i-tuned cuts out 95% of the oem rubber that has got old and saggy and replaces it with much harder polyurethaine *spelling?
this is much harder than the rubber was when new so the connection between the car and the engine is a lot firmer.
this has a few effects. the main one im after is when you plant your foot and the engine leaps forward the car is not trying to catch up

so leaps forwartd that bit harder.
you get more cabin vibration, you can launch better, you get less engine wobble on gear changes (though im sure you get punished for shoddy shifts) and you get less wheel hop at santa pod
basically makes engine and car more connected so more responsive.
just a little bit but that all you need.
