5g CF mugen spoiler pt2 (6 new pics) parts out :)

Post by A1ex » Thu Jul 12, 2012 8:24 am

Got the bottom half of the spoiler vacuum formed last night after playing find the tiny hole in the bag for 4 hours :(

Sady I had to do it 2 layers of CF and 2 layers of E glass as I couldn't afford all the CF but this is common practice and near halves the cost of the finished part :)

I know I need a kick up the arse! The mugen spoiler is much easier to mould than the bonnet spoiler so I've been avoiding it :scaredtoss:

Once I get this sorted I'll do the bonnet spoiler ;)

looks good, i wonder if the 5th spoiler would fit on the 3rd. I love the Mugen spoiler for the 5th.

Yeah, haven't got anywhere else to do it at the mo. Looking at getting a wood workshop cough shed cough but will see how that goes.
