Not Great Timing

Post by toadster » Fri Dec 14, 2012 12:59 pm

LO All :D

Spotted a couple of damp patches on my ceiling yesterday :( got plumber out and he said my water cylinder is leaking.
Managed to stop the leak but have no heating or hot water :(

Today got a replacement cylinder on order for del Monday (£525 incl VAT and Del  ) it's a combi cylinder and has to be made up ,then i have to pay to have it fitted , been quoted around £400 :?: .

Got my speed awareness course on Monday too , so not the best timing with Christmas and all

Cheers ;)

Not good news. :( Is your boiler insured through your house insurance?

My Sky HD box stopped working yesterday. I expected my pants to be pulled down over it but instead they offered me a new one so long as I paid the delivery charge :D

Sh it tends to rain like that. So do buses.

Try to concentrate on one thing at once & don't get stressed at the brainwashing session.

Xmas is overrated in my book, anyway...

Don't worry about the speed awareness course they're not as bad as you think. Some of the stuff they go over is surprisingly interesting where as some is propaganda bolloxs. Just make sure you seem to be taking it in, I know someone who 'failed' it and ended up with the points but then he's a gentleman's sausage behind the wheel and told the teacher that it's all bollocks and he'll carry on driving as fast as he see's reasonable.
