How to get an avatar?

How to I get my avatar up? I cant see where to set it up?

My Profile > My Controls *click
Profile *click
Edit Avatar *click

Hover over "My Profile" and select "My Control Panel". Under the profile tab select "Edit Avatar"

The newer verson of phpBB allows users a lot more control over their forum settings should they wish to go digging.

Clicking on "My Profile" takes you to your profile as seen by others, you must select "My Control Panel" under "My Profile"

Nooo the avatar sizes are smaller than PUK. Im going to have to resize all of my doggy avatars

Is there any chance of the size limit being increased?

I thought I could get around it by hosting the image externally but it still copies it to the site, so no luck there

The image I want to use is 180kb, can't get it any smaller!

I do realise though that with the number of users increasing, the number of images blah blah blah a lot of server capacity something something will get full up. So an increase in allowed size would be nice, but it's not essential

200kb
