GRANTED FINALLY!!! :D

Post by NafemanNathan » Wed Feb 27, 2013 11:45 am

Finally, a year and a half after the first attempt and third time lucky, my planning application has been granted! :D

It's been drawn out, tedious and very frustrating at times, but finally, I'm allowed to build a full width 8.2 x 3.8m rear extension and the reason I bought the property in the first place and the thing I imagine you guys will care about the most...

An 11.5 x 7.6 x 3m high triple garage and workshop!

Sweeeeeet! So we're all coming to yours to work on our cars in future then? Did you get permission for the lodge and bunkhouse next door?

SHHHHHHH! If the cow at the bottom of the garden gets one whiff of that she'll be right on to the council I'm sure

Besides, I wouldn't really what to be affiliated with I-Tuned rep and I'm sure a lot of people would think it was a little bit too much of a coincidence that we're both called Nathan

fantastic news, now what you need to do i get a bottle of bubbly and ask your neighbour to join you in a toast to your new building.

That was the plan, but I've had to lower the roof a tad to get it passed, so I might not be able to get too much lift now. Haven't done the new sums yet, but worst come to worse I'll have the combination of a lift and a pit.
