I like to plan ahead

Banter goes here, and doesn't have to be Lude related

Are these the BC Coilovers you mean?

If so now added to my list, and thanks guys as I said in the post the order of stage will change dependant on the car, but I'll take your advice and move up stage 5 :)

They would be a good buy, but also keep an eye out for 2nd hand coilovers on here and PUK. There are some good bargains to be had.

If you spend your budget of £6,750, at the end of all of this you will end up with a Prelude valued at £3k tops.

Budget £3k for a minter that has had all the work done, then spend the rest on beer and hookers.

You know anyone that has a mint 4G lude that has actually finished all the work outlined above and wants to sell. If so the beers are on me :)

Fair point, but how often do those "minters" come up?

Pezking was selling my old Lude for just over £2k recently. That would have taken care of stage 1, all of stage 5, most of stage 2 and most of stage 4.

Spend £1k doing the other bits and then look for hookers.

The hooker part seems quite important, maybe this is where I've been going wrong ...
