I have been told that on the inside of the bumper there is a line/structure that acts as a template for cutting fog light holes, if there's one on both sides of a UK bumper (so allowing for the same bumper to be fitted with fogs for both UK/EU fog locations) then I would assume the curvature is the same. I can check after I finish work if it helps as I imagine not many JDM/EU bumpers are free for cutting up
