I always wish wipers would wipe to the beat of the music. Has that been invented yet?

just picked up a vw mkIII golf driver today - its a 1994 model
my pal has asked me to sell it for him - so i can check what relay it has if thats of any help.

I have the old Volvo relay from mine. We could swap it for the 99. if your Golf has one?
