Id rather not have to try and perfectly align and get a perfect fit on an already jobby fitted rep.. would you?
where as a legit one thats been crash damaged, cracked, scuffed etc that will still have a tight fit.
Basically, if im buying a damaged one, its not going to be some shady rep.
Im happy enough to buy a rep if intact and brand new, and then work with that.. but im not able to get one undamaged.

what about a front bumper from a mid 90's ford probe - would need some work but at least you might find one locally and its quite a solid made part - might be a chance to create the first fonda probelude
