really i'm looking for a mishimto rad, and also the slim line fans you can get with them. however i wanted to see if there's anything else out there before hand. maybe i can get my existing fans closer with a bit of modifying?

A few reasons but I must admit it’s mostly for looks haha, I also will start taking my car to the track soon and my dyno guy said it was running a bit hot. So if I start going ham at a track I would like to know it’s going to stay cool 8-)

I’ve also swapped over my manifold for a dc sports one and I no longer have the heat shield, I know things might be getting warmer down there

Manual fan switch bud ;) Quickest, cheapest solution and worth trying first :)

Have you flushed the cooling system and put in new coolant as that's a good start too

Do you mean switch out the fans with a different set?

Nope... A physical switch, so you can turn the fans on before they would automatically turn on.

It's really simple, you just need to run a wire from the sender to the switch, and from the switch to an earth. I may have done a write up.

I've got one that is surplus to requirements. Never fitted and would most likely need slim fans or mod the brackets and mounts to cram it in there.... 2 inches thick core.

Was just over 100quid from eBay. I bought for a track day but never went in the summer so wasn't needed.

Don't want much for it as unlikely to use it myself.

Make me an offer as I'm trying to clear out the garage...ImageImage
