IMPORTANT

There’s been a slight change in the organisation this year, in as much that we no longer have to arrive in convoy.

Plan is to still meet at Morrisons in Totton and arrive together, but if someone wants to make their own way there, they now can. Gates open at 8am.

This means that I can email the stand passes so you have them. Please pm me your email address and I’ll send you a pass to print off. The pass must be displayed in your car to be able to join the stand. If you haven’t got a printer, not to worry, I will bring a supply of passes but obviously you must meet at either Swindon or Totton to collect the pass from me.

The stand pass is NOT an entry ticket, you will need to ensure you also bring your entry ticket or you won’t get in.

Beaulieu have asked me ask all attendees to leave the show in a sensible manner. They’ve had problems with twats in the past and it could jeopardise future shows if it continues this year, so please take their request seriously.

If I'm still planning on meeting up with you all at Totton presumably I don't necessarily need to have a stand pass emailed?

Or maybe still worth it in case there is some sort of gentleman's sausage up and I'm not there....

Hmmm on balance I'll PM you for a pass just in case!
