I have fish pleco's, & huge kissing gourami

I'm restoring a old arcade machine, as well as some console collection

and i'm slowly trying to do the house as well as the prelude

so that little lot keeps me quite busy and wastes my money

it needs a clean, but just recovered from a pump failure. I urge people to keep spare seals for your pump, pet shops dont seem to stock them

So the fish can feel like they're on acid?

I considered it, I thought you could highlight features in the tank quite nicely after lights out. Bit expensive though.

Furthest I went experimenting with lights was having a full spectrum T8 tube light in one holder (for the plants) and a moon blue T8 tube in the other holder for night lighting. The blue light burned out pretty quick though so I'm back to two daylight bulbs

  ehhh, if you buy the 3 watt chips theres as cheap as the forementioned. 3watt chips can be brought for around £1 each, you would only need about 5 leds at 3 watt, convinently thats ideal for 12v supply :D

Are we both talking about the same thing? I thought you meant underwater submersible LED lights, they look like tiny underwater desk lamps??? My local pets at home do them for £15 a pop. What are these chips??
