The silver stuff that is a little bit overkill is "High-Tech Graphite" from Germany and cost me £30 including delivery. Apparently retails for over £50 for 10m and is good for up to 2000 degrees C  The white stuff was recommended to me by Floydie and is from Larkspeed on ebay. 2x 5m rolls for £25.

Unfortunately my parents can't tell the difference between my car and the many other loud cars in my town, but when I arrive they say they heard me coming  Thing is, it's not that loud until I'm in the high revs and I try to be a considerate driver in residential areas

I can definitely feel a difference  ... I keep wheel spinning by accident now :? I should hopefully be able to put it all down soon tho... getting new tyres and all :D

Marc Dino's mentioned IAB's to me before now, but I have no idea what that is  (EDIT: I now know  I did before... Just didn't know what they were called that  ) and that a with a P28 you'll lose loads of low down torque if you haven't upgraded the intake manifold. But if I can get it for a bargain price, then I may as well go for it for the future :P Haven't you got Crome on yours or something? Is it Dino's old one?
Mm I also noticed that on eBay. Yes it's dinos old one and seems like a very good map tbh. But as u say no iab suppor. I'm currently getting some advice from richy at performance autoworks on wiring it up so il post what I end up doing. It has been socketed and a chip mapped with something like Crome. Bear in mind u need to get it socketed for Crome or hondata is installed differently.

I'm currently winning the auction  ... but then at just the starting bid and 2 days left I'm expecting the worst to happen

I was gonna say I'll just keep an eye on your blog  or send me a PM or link if it's all too long-winded to paste on you page :D But yeah, whatever ecu I get, I was gonna get it socketed and keep hold of my standard P13 as back up anyway.

All this learning!... It's like being back at school! ... But I actually have interest and remember all of this stuff

The pictures really don't do them justice. But hopefully by the end of the month there should be some better pictures of them on the car  8)

It's alright, I'm taking the old rail route to work. Swings right by the office  Only issue is by the time I've got up to full speed I have to start slowing down again. Mis-judged it the first time, shot right past the office and ended up two towns away :?

Well I didn't delve too much into it on my last post on the P28, I was posting for the first time on my Iphone (amazing phones BTW). Slower typing as I'm still getting used to it but I'm at a keyboard now, I can write a bit quicker. But rather than clog up your thread with an essay come over to my place for a read: Click for some P28 education

Oh and that P28 on ebay I was gonna try for as well for a spare as I was thinking about Hondata one day. But I havn't even considered touching it since you said you were after it. Not sure if it's ended yet, did you get it?

Aww dude... I wish you said! I planned on giving up on it after £30 as I've got to get my tyres this month and just paid for the refurb. But it still went for dirt cheap at £41 + £6 p&p.

Yeah I just read the essay mate and I really appreciate it :D (As you no doubt will already know by now  ) (And "essay" sounds bad... More like a "good book" )

Can't believe you wrote all that on your I-Phone! I even considered asking how long it took you to write it

I see you caught my crabby post on the other forum as well   What goes around comes around ay?

There's plenty around though when you decide to get one, stacks knocking about in scrap yards.

Oh, and I think you mis-read. No way in hell I'd write all that on an Iphone!
I meant the post before that one.

And yes, that guys a joke. Funny comment bud.

Just seen the wheels. Mmm...very tidy. Good choice though, they came out really nice. How much did you pay to get them done like that an where did you get the new white decals from also? Mine could do with another lick of paint soon. Been keeping an eye out for some cheap and hopefully rare wheels for a change, but nothing's cropped up as yet.

Keep it up bud, she's coming along great! :D

You know, I never thought of getting one from a scrappy! Cheers

You should have kept the illusion going... I pictured you sat hunched, with fingers too fat for the keys for a good 8 hours writing that! It was comical to say the least!

£40 each to get those blasted and powder coated :D It's a great finish to!... 20% matt by special request and they're still silky smooth  I got them done at a place in town where I had my bike frame sprayed once. He showed me an alloy he had in matt black, but it wasn't quite what I wanted (Apparently 30% matt), the same finish as my frame. I wanted matter, so he said he may be able to get 20%, which is supposedly the mattest you can get. Well it was definitely worth asking for, so if any one else is considering matt black, 20% is what you need

Oh, and check out the other post now Rob! ... Went a little bit sour  And I don't think I've ever been so dramatic!
