The silver is becoming the track Lude mate as its already had the aircon removed and I think ammo said it had been chipped as well. Ill start stripping it all out soon have to start another thread for it.

Yeah CBA has one of Rob's spoon chips in it

It's also socketed so you can swap chips if needed

I decided that as i havent done anything to her for a while she had been a bit neglected and needed a bit of love

. So with mimms coming up i thought i would paint the Konigs i bought from @Dbo, i mentioned a while ago id toyed with the idea of gold so i went for it

This is how we began on friday after work unfortunately no beer as i had to drop my mate home, was probably a good thing tho

first layer of colour on at about 10pm friday

In the morning i put two more layers of paint on before work one at 6 the 2nd at 8am then left them all day in the sun till i finished at 5

.
when i returned from my trip to Mimms and Drayton Manor i thought id take some better pics of the car as im really liking the goldness

I think this is my favourite picture to date

This is really all that's left to do on this car now, I know I should of done it first but just can't stop myself spending the money in other stuff. When I move house and have some space ill start stripping it down for the repairs and respray to see exactly what needs doing and what can be saved, I have all the repair panels so there's no way this will be seeing the scrap yard
