I sure wish I could say I have all these bits to make my car go that much faster, so in one month it will be!

Nice one Vlad. I look forward to seeing the new engine bay :D

In the last 5-6 days we took care of my engine bay with a friend :)
He took care of the engine, I took care of the engine bay...
An epic amount of work... 5 days non stop in the garage.... but it was worth it !
We unmounted the whole front of the car, everything was cleaned, painted refreshed and etc.
of course i am not a fan of sick wire tucks - so no worries just several simple things will be done here like - battery out, abs out, power steering radiator out, lots of wiring hidden under fenders and stuff like that...

here's some pics :)

BEFORE : (its a middle of winter -15C and snowing :D)

AND THEN :

(engine bay and engine cleaning)

AND... PAINTING !

AND MAKING PIECES FIT EACH OTHER ^^

There is still a lot of work ahead of us... the Intake manifold is in "production" phase, and i am waiting for the package with a new brake pump from 5th gen to fit it in :) Till the end of this week car will be running back, and the turbo installation and welding starts... i think we'll have it tuned and ready for streets sth like in mid February :)

Damn, I was hoping it was some kind of super polish I could get for mine! Its clean but nowhere near close to your standards!!!

What sort of power are you expecting to put down with the turbo ?
