Why's that? I haven't taken it off yet, has it got bits underneath where shizz could get stuck?

Yeah the baffle plate. It'll be rivetted on so you can't remove it (unless you drill them out and then retap the holes and bolt it back down ;-) ), and shot blast will get stuck under it. I've heard of a few engines that have been wrecked because the shot eventually works its way out and into the engine.

From the previous pics it did look either a bit low or that it stuck out too far, but those new pics look spot on :D
