New Tein Pillow Ball Top Mounts & Value Sport Type 2 Spoiler
And would you believe it?!... That's LudeGeneration up to date!
Shame I couldn't quite make it a nice round 60 pages though

So in good old LB and PUK fashion... A few new bits
Firstly an absolute bargain courtesy of Tein themselves...
Ex display BB1/4 Specific pillow ball top mounts...

Being "Ex display" I was expecting a few superficial scratches or blemishes, but they're absolutely immaculate! Not even a spect of dust! Not bad for £55 delivered, down from £264 RRP
They'll work fabulously with the rest of my engine bay colour scheme
I was wondering what I was going to do with the OEM top mounts as well, as I'd figured they were going to let the rest down

And then courtesy of Dave (dlongmu), one rather rare Value Sports Type 2 Spoiler...

I used to have one on one of my older ludes. I loved it, but it always looked a bit out of place as the rest of the body was standard. I thought it only really looked right from behind...

I figured now though, that it'll tie in nicely with the Wings West RS lip kit

Yes, finallyMerlin wrote:Finished moving it over? The mounts look very nice, and a steal as well

Yeah I couldn't not get them at that price. I was rushing through the BIN/Paypal as I was adamant someone else would have been racing to buy them at the same time

Buzzonion was on about that the other day. Double wishbone suspension doesn't allow camber adjustment from the top mounts.

Camber adjustable damper top mounts are not possible on cars with double wishbone suspension such as Preludes, Integras, Civcs, Accords. Camber adjustment can only be achieved via the upper wishbone or lower suspension arm.
Note - later EP3, DC5 Civics and Integras are MacPherson strut so camber adj top mounts work.

Yep /\
Tein usually advertise with generic pics, usually the ones with top mounts they use a pic of another model which does have the pillowball adjustable top mounts.
Good pick up Nathan, glad you got the spoiler in the end. Glad I got the other things, just received them Tuesday actually.
As for the Tein top mounts, thank god someone bought these, they've been relisted on ebay a few times now, two lots actually! Considering how many of you are running around with basics or super streets on crappy OEM top mounts I would have snapped these up. Debated on buying them a while back to sell on to someone here. They found a great home!
You're nuts for transferring all that info over, didn't realise it was so much! Mm…do I do mine??? Looks like a cr@p load of work.
Anyway keep it up, Japfest is only 3 months away, you'd better get cracking if you wanna bring this one up!
Cheers,
Rob
