My Canadian 92 prelude
My Canadian 92 prelude
Sorry for the confusion. but i just copy and pasted this all from another forum i am a part of. So ignore the post dates of each post. imagine it like a normal thread. haha
So first, an introduction.
My name is Anthony, i'm 22 years old and this is my 1st Prelude I have ever owned.
I bought it how you see it............FOR 1 THOUDAND BUCKS!!!!
318xxxkms on the body
90xxxkms on the engine
Kosei K1 rims came with it too
It came with a LoJack theft system and a boomerang. So I just had to take over the plan for those systems. Its 21$ a month and its such an awesome car alarm system.
So here she is. The build will start picking up in may. So subscribe, and stay tuned in.
Just took off the spark plug cover to re paint it. Thought I'd check the inside out. Im happy with the internals that are visible
I'm looking forward to being a part of this site, it looks awesome
Gutted the car yesterday and today. Had to clean up the mess the old owner had. All wires for a wikid sound system. Im not into audio. But I kept all the wires. some 0gage wires, grounds, back up battery and some other red wire what has audio video.
I cleaned it all up, lookin nice. found 11$ in loonies and toonies. !!!!what what

Re: My Canadian 92 prelude
I put all the interior back in except the rear seats today.
Didnt feel right. Although it got a nice clean and a bed liner spray
So its been a month, and the KSTuned manual tensinor is amazing. If installed properly, its an amazing replacement for the OEM hydraulic one.
anyways. my throw out bearing and input shaft bearing are making noise. So I decided to go big, or go home. I went big
Pulled some injectors from a car at the junk yard. ODO read 137xxxkms. thats around 85,xxxmiles.
Got new Taylor spark plug wires. I like the blue in the engine bay. Its just right
I HADDDDDDD to get rid of the sex blocker, it was just ugly.
Comparing this engine bay vacuum lines to mine. My engine bay has a mystery vacuum line that isnt plugged in.
B]got the m2f4 tranny in[/B] and its amazing
changed the main seal too
old m2a4 jdm
changed the clutch master and slave because i had no pedal when i was driving home. both were leaking
SHAYSPEC IS THE BEST COMPANY FOR BUSHINGS FOR OUR PRELUDES. HOLY CRAP
plasti dipped the roof, trunk and hood. why, because poor
got this for $25 bux. i have the links for my other bars to be attached to the b pillar. then the b pillar to the rear strut towers. its going to be an awesome set up
got a carbon fiber hood. i installed my hood pins too. ill upload them later
mr gasket locking hood pins
just some maintenance b4 the snow comes. got 4 rotors and all brakes for $170 shipped.
Front Rear Kit Gold Hart Drilled Slotted Brake Rotors Ceramic Pads C1917 | eBay
Just finished installing my brakes and rotors. I discovered that my rear calipers were not working at all. So I had to un seize them. Also, there were no sliders. good thing I had some extra.

Re: My Canadian 92 prelude
just collecting parts until spring is here.
picked these up in a trade for my old AEM intake and trunk strut tower bar.
1.1 inch drop in the front. 1.6 inch drop in the back. Not sure if i should get 17s though.
Not much of an update. Just been collecting parts. Going to do everything just in time for spring.
Honda apprentice has its perks. I get parts at cost.
Thought this would be easier than it actually was. Good thing my friend let me use his shop and work on my car my own.
I need an alignment now, which I will get tomorrow. She rides way better now. A little harsh on the bumps though but when im on the highway its like im driving on a cloud

Re: My Canadian 92 prelude
Recently got some sr-v heated leathers and switches. Didnt wire up the heaters yet, i need to figure it out. I traded a strut bar, AEM lightweight alt pully and my cloth seats. aside from the couple of rips, and marks(that can come off in the rear) im happy.
not my sunglasses. shutup hahaha
I still have the rear cloths though. 96 vtec stripe ones. if anyone wants
