Awesome job on the CF bonnet!! Where did you attach the towing strap to? Was it easy to fit?

here mate :) just took a pic for you. i used a spare tow hook usually used for trailer straps etc i had lying around, then just fitted the strap straight to it so its usable as well as looks nice.

Nice. Thanks for the pic. A tow strap is something I really need to get. It never occured to me to fit it to the existing tow point

Nice work on the bonnet 8-)

That tow point on a 5G is so far back if you used it without an appropriate strap I'm sure you would drokk something up. I actually hit it on a tabletop speedbump the other day, made such an awful noise :?

Great job on the bonnet! 8-) Gave me an idea that maybe I could remove the scratches out of my carbon roof by doing that?

Amazing result on the bonnet bud :D

Be careful with the tow hook and various gradients though. Too steep and too much pull and it could either pop your lip off or lift your bumper causing something to give/crack.

Also, pulling around corners could be a bit of an issue with that setup.

yeh if it was used it just un-tucks back through the lip so id use it like that instead - its just tucked into the lip so that it doesnt hang or scrape
