LOL, sorry mate, wasn't meant as a "salt rubbing" excercise, just wanted to show what was possible

We have talked long and hard over the build and final spec/tune for yours and I think it's very fair to say that I actually talked down the option of going lairy cams and major headwork as I know what you wanted from the car in day to day terms - going major with the head and valvetrain/cams would really have been overkill and wouldn't really fit the brief.

One day though....you might change your mind...especially as I've left some rather splendid pics in your build thread

Nah, s'troo. You know I jest, I'm perfectly happy with my (your) choice of spec.
Time and funds allowing it would be great, but it'd also be punishing on the wallet, not least due to the fuel prices these days

Another little update:

Today, this arrived:

P28 with Hondata S300 to squeeze all the performance out of the new set-up.
And yes, the Haribo came with it, but I have no idea what they plug into

...

Are you installing a H22a7 IM? I had a flick through your thread but couldnt see. If not what are you doing about the stock intake manifold IAB's?

Got the whole lot from him Nathan, looked at picking up another ecu, but by the time I'd got it, sent it etc, it wouldn't have saved me a great deal, so thought better to have it all from him in case of any issues.
