The people that drive those civics look like track bullies to me. Been on the same open track day as those cars a couple of times now and they have no regards for others safety, both times they have ignored all track rules and nearly caused accidents with public cars!!

On a different note, looking forward to more progress on this!!

I'm pretty sure it was decided anyone to bump this awesome thread and it not be an update from Rich would lead to instant ban!

An updates with this? Want to know if the car is running yet.

The quality of the work is top notch everywhere, great work!

I have reservations with the amount of weight reduction you have done to critical components, especially your lower control arms and knuckles. Have you thought about this? I'm an engineer for a big OEM and from experiences minor changes in material strength/geometry can have drastic effects on the durability (life in service) of suspension members like that. You are also gonna be loading the car much higher than it was designed for.

Also your power steering removal is great but the pinion teeth and column are designed for assist, i.e. not designed to transmit the whole load required to move rack. Are you worried that the teeth will fail?

Just some input for you from another enthusiast.
