Your pics of the night sky at Avebury are incredible! That's just up the road from me yet I've never seen the nebulae and stars like that before. I must try harder!

Cheers - I took those in the summer and struck lucky with the night I picked. Actually you can see more in the photos than I could with the naked eye on that night.

Had the Lude serviced yesterday, and asked the garage to change the gearbox oil - and it has made a real improvement.
Before the oil was changed it was difficult to engage 2nd when the engine was cold (improved when the oil warmed up) but now it's fine. It has also massively improved the fifth gear change which was a bit crunchy previously.
