I had the same issue with my windows being pretty slow to raise and lower a couple of years ago. I stripped the doors, taking out the glass, motors and window runners and cleaning them all up. I then re-greased the springs, pivots and rollers with GT85/WD40 and silicon grease and after cleaning the rubber window run channels I greased them with Shin Etsu (you could also use white lithium grease, although not quite as good).
Windows ran a lot quicker and smoother after doing this. Just make sure its all lined up correctly according to the manuals and nothing is obstructing the rollers and mechanisms. Also make sure the bolts connecting the glass channel to the runners are tight; the first time I did this one popped out after a few months and the window got jammed inside the door when it was raining with a 70 mile drive back to my garage...

Gave the Lude a good wash and polish for the first time in ages and took a couple of photos.

LOL, I spent ages trying to sell the Rota Slipstreams that came on the car and was really pleased when I managed to get an original set of Honda alloys! Have to admit the Motegi alloys look better though....

Cheers Sam, but I'll stick with the wheels I've got at the moment as they have an almost new set of Avon tyres, and the next thing on the list of purchases is a double DIN CD player.
