Who designed the 4th generation

I don't know who designed it, but do guess he had a near death experience whilst traveling in the rear of a car as a child.
Nobody who hadn't been rear ended by a truck would have deemed it necessary to have rear lights that big!!

just stealing from one of rattys other posts on here, as this image has exactly the information your after! Lower part of the page, it explains who was responsible for leading and running the 4th gen design team (only took what, 10 pages of intergenerational squabbling!)
