Aftermarket bucket seat subframe

Are there any off the shelf subframes available for the 5th gen or is it a case of going custom ?

Cant you just use a standard seat rail and attach that to your seat?

I cut off the standard seat fixing points & used them with some flat 4mm thick steel bars from b&q.

It's much sturdier than the OMP one I had in my 'teg.

I got a welder to weld my Evo Recaro seat for me for £50. But it was stuck in one position with no movement so I had to carefully select my driving position.

Indeed they are - got a pair in my lude. Not seen another set around to be fair.

Would definietly be easier and cheaper to take new seats and lude to a local fabricator and get them to knock something up. What I nearly did before getting the Brides second hand for a good price.
