Can you really erode that much of the internals of an exhaust manifold with sand, and controlled? Genuine interest!

Well I've been told so by someone with a 200bhp+ A20 who's opinion I trust, so I'm going to give it a good go, no harm trying when I have a spare eh? :P I don't plan on taking a huge amount off as I'm not porting out the head again or anything, just make it a little smoother inside and open it out a bit, maybe open out the end to downpipe a little more with the dremel.
