What header bottle is smaller in the honda range, the lude one I carnt mount its wayyy to big

Just use a custom small alternative - I've dumped mine and made use of a £1.50 aluminium flask canister with some minor mods. ;)

It will need to be sealed yes. Mine has a screw lid which has a rubber seal on it. It also had a funky little opening with a drinking spout, I removed this and added some silicone hose into the bottom of the flask and sealed it around the hole with...more silicone. :?

The pipe is one piece cut to the length to the rad. The OEM one enables the screw cap to spin without disturbing the pipe. In my case, I just have to remove the pipe from the overflow port on the rad to unscrew it, otherwise it'll twist up. That all make sense?

Oh and got your PM about supercharging stuff, I'll reply later when I've got more time, give you a decent response. :wink:
