Crx track (race really) car

Got a car that isn't a Lude? There's no condemnation here. Tell us about it!

It clears speed-bumps more easily than my lude did, because the lowest part of exhaust is between the front wheels.

However, I must learn not to run wide over the curbs on track

I now know why the exhaust is sitting lower than I remember!!

I must have snapped the bracket when I spun off at Cadwell last year!!

Thanks guys.

I've discovered that the car handles best with the front damping stiffer
than the rear, giving it sharper turn in & less understeer. I'd always thought
the opposite was true.

Brands yesterday & it really is a brilliantly
challenging track.

Met up with the guy who bought my track Prelude. He now has an ex sprint & hillclimb Clio.
We put both cars on the weighbridge & were
within a few kgs of eachother!
He has a plate lsd similar to mine & had a recent
dyno run of 196bhp.
Mine was 206bhp on standard type r cams &
dropped to 185bhp when I had skunk2 stage 2
cams fitted, however I could tell it was now definately quicker.

Sorted through some more footage. There was a Porsche club there & their driving standards were shocking:
