Well, after a road test today, the sound seems to be here, just a little bit less strong.
So i will remove a little more material on the belt tensioner and i will see if it becomes less noisy.
I also notice that the engine seems to be smoother , i don't know if it is psychologic or real

, i better hear the clicking sound of the injectors, the valvetrain seems to be less noisy... damn belt too tight
Merlin, did you remember the brand of the timing belt of your 5th gen and of your racecar?
NafemanNathan: i forgot to mention that i have the balancer shaft belt removed, previously i was keeping the balancer shaft tensioner in place, now i have put some washers and removed it ( i'm going to machine a solid spacer instead of washers) . I don't know if it has any importance but i prefer to mention it.
