If you're adding the black back, I think a set of prefacelift headlights would look boss too!

Re: Nathan's Daily Drive BB4
I usually really prefer black lenses, no matter what colour lude, but I think with this one and all it's silver and chrome nostrils I actually quite like them silver. They just need a buff up, which is on the list to doindigolemon wrote:If you're adding the black back, I think a set of prefacelift headlights would look boss too!

I think I just need to colour coordinate the front lip to give it some depth again. Otherwise I was thinking about completely returning it to OEM look and putting the black skirts back and removing the rear spats (which I'm going to do anyway), so that the only thing non-standard would be the wheels.
I also really want to fit amber side markers and amber lower front lights, but if I did that I'd lose the turning lights, which really are great

He can't lose the clear side lenses because of the JDM YO! turning lights.Merlin wrote:If you want to go back to amber indicators (front and side) I'll swap you for the clear onesNafemanNathan wrote:

I would bud, but I really don't want to lose the turning lights.Merlin wrote:If you want to go back to amber indicators (front and side) I'll swap you for the clear onesNafemanNathan wrote:

I think I've got one spare front amber light in the shed, so I might swap that one over to see what it looks like up against the clear turning light.
EDIT: So they'd look like this...

Rear Azect Spats Come Off
And off come the super rare rear spats also...

It was a little dirty under there, but I'll give the whole car a good clean at the weekend...

Also, you can see where they had been painted in situe and where it had been flaking off the original paint. Fortunately it's a lot better than I thought as previously I thought the spats had been rubbing the original paint off the bumper, but it turns out the new paint is simply flaking off leaving the original paint intact
There is definitely some wear there though, so I'll get all that sorted with the rest
...

Again, more naff pictures in the fading light, but it's good to have a plain rear bumper again

I like how much rear tyre tread can be seen from behind and having a step up from the side skirts... Much like a lot of old American muscle cars
The silver skirts enhance that, but I definitely need the skirts and front lip to match

It looks worse in the pictures I've taken so far though as you can't really see the front lip at all...
