Damn, that sounds friggin awesome! Would love to go and see something like that!
I honestly think 'how its made' should organise factory visits to various companies so the average joe can go and see how they make stuff in person! Perhaps I could sell them my idea for 500k

I am currently saving to purchase a 3D handheld scanner. It would have made this swap soooo much easier and cheaper if I could have scanned in all the parts! and hopefully I can make some money out of it as well!

Well it runs, and it sounds fricking sweet! One of the exhaust valves was way out on clearance and I think that must have been the slight tappet sound it had. Not long til MOT now

Yea, supercharger and everything back on. Once engine is held in place properly this time it will be dynode

To recap what I've had to do:

1. Electric power steering pump install inc lines & wiring etc.
2. MFactory helical LSD installed.
3. Head gasket.
4. Fitted ARP head studs.
5. Weld up cracked supercharger manifold.
6. New 6th gear synchro
7. Wire up primary lambda correctly as harness was wired for wideband..
8. New cam chain engine mount using OEM rubber.
9. New gbox engine mount to allow engine to shift over a further 10mm.
10. Disable ATTS cluster warning light.
11. Find out why ABS warning light is illuminated.
12. Design/make supercharger support to prevent cracked manifold.
13. New exhaust wrap.
14. Redo injector wiring.

Still a couple little things to do, but here are the photo's below, oh and for the first time ever I had to change a wheel at the side of the road Luckily I could get the wheel nuts off

Thanks guys, I am trying to make it OEM reliable too so everything has got to be done just right.

And yea, a freakin wheel weight, its massive! It went into the rear tyre so must have kicked it up with the front tyre... lol. Gutted as it only had 4 new tyres on the Teg a day before I picked it up one month ago!
