i was worried about a nudge sending it over so i put 14'' square blocks of railway sleeper under each jacking point or huge tree trunk blocks.

Mine's probably raised half the height of yours though. I wouldn't be happy with it on stands at the height yours is, but as mine is, the stands do still have quite a broken suspension look.

You know I would... But I don't want to ;-)

Still got the box to swap on that and had new shocks and H&R lowering springs to do. Still undecided what to bring to JF this year actually. Probably the Aerodeck again if I've sorted the gearbox and dropped her 8-) Nice being the only one at the show ;-)

Don't think I could get mine on stands, it's too low! What sort of access do you have when its on axle stands that high? Is it easy enough to remove the exhaust? I'm going to attempt to get mine on axle stands one weekend to swap exhausts and I'm trying to plan how to raise it enough

To get it on axle stands (safely) its going to take two jacks. One jack runs the risk of the first axle stand falling over IMO. The OEM jack will be just enough but it will be on its limits. Just make sure you get it on the solid bars that run down the lenght of the underside of the car ;)
