Re: Merlin's 4G Track Lude - Finished, on the road, MOT'd, d
It isn't finished but I know what you meanDino wrote:I also love the fact that Alaistair was one of the last people to start his project and complete it...
Where there are others ( Nathan. *cough* & Rob *cough*) who have been on theirs for years and years and years.

Provided the car continues to run well the next stage is into the body shop to get the rust chopped out before a weld in cage is installed. Then it's brakes, seats, harness, wheels, and a multitude of other jobs. It will be finished one day, the hardest bit has been completed now.

That's hardly fair

You tell him Nath! Hardly fair, but I don't care. I love everyone's builds big or small. $h!t I know more than anyone how long mine is taking, I just don't have enough time on my hands!
Fair play to you Merlin, can't wait to see her on track and eventually competing.

Love how the gold just glows from the depths of the engine bay, I wasn't too keen but it does weirdly work.

It was good to be part of this build and it took 6 months to the day - from moving it into the workshop to taking her home with MOT.
