I've worked it out now... That's not the driver's sideMaccaIRL wrote:I'm 6ft lolNafemanNathan wrote:That was the first thing I spotted!... The harness and squashed roof!
Serious question... Are you short? Or was the belt very slack?
Either way, that's some serious lucky unluckiness
Harness pulled me back and fire chief said if I was wearing a seat belt I was dead, apparently those takata reps saved me from going through the window
no roll cage but passenger side roof was squished in a good bit, drivers side was mostly ok
Congratulations to vtecmec for winning May/June's Lude Of The Month, with his DIY Turbo BB1 build.

Ok so pics are here
Few pics of the latest lude when I bought it for 570...
H22a5 185bhp
Listing pic didn't fill me with much expectation but end of the day I had the other engine and gearbox if needed
Condition of body
Death of the black lude

Prepped the body work and fixed arches, sanded lacquer and exposed a decent base coat of "super marine blue"
Quick dusting of super marine blue
Painted over the top with midnight purple lp2
