alternator relocation bracket - which belt?
what belt am i needing? wanna fit my relocation bracket and remove my aircon this weekend

Yip piece of string and loop it round all the pulleys in the right positions
measure it eg 835mm and count the ribs in the belt eg 3 and ask for a 835pk3 belt. Simple as that.

Yes mate, set it up and then wrap some thing around the pulleys to take the measurement. A piece of string will fall within the teeth though, so would take an undersized measurement. So either take that into account and add a bit on, or use something wider, like a fabric tape measure. Remember there's adjustment in the bracket as well, so take the measurement slightly under halfway, so you can then tension it up without any issues.
