Afraid I second this Luke :lol: Get some more leverage on there. Get a few socket extension bars on there so you can drop the wrench down to below bumper level to get some proper weight behind it.

Its finally off.
Looks as though I had rounded it off, so I heated it up and hammered on the next size down.
Then rounded that off too :lol:

I then decided that if the nut wasn't going to give, the manifold would, so I stitch drilled around the stud and chiseled the corner off the manifold :D
