Yes mate, thankyou. I thought that was already on there.
I've added it on the end now. Nice one.

I plan on doing the same but with a lightly built engine or a h23 vtec. You only need the pulley if lowered. Also you will need the 4 th gen gear shift and shift cables. You can also use accord drive shafts with the az racing mounts. The wiring will need modding for starting when not in park and the reversing light. The traction bar is not compulsory ether. Check prelude online there is lots of information there.

My car is lowered, so I will defo need the pulley. The wiring I will have to bear in mind. Is that because I'm changing from auto to manual? Driveshafts I will look in to. Where on 'prelude online'? Do you have a link? Thanks for your help.

How soon you looking at doing this swap? If I pull my finger out and sort my brakes I will have some VTEC calipers going spare

The swap will be in approximately 6 months mate. I'd just planned on keeping the existing brakes that I have on the car already tbh. Sam provided me with a new set of Brembo discs all round, and Blueprint pads to suit, with the sale of the car. So I'm just going to get those fitted at the end of the month once I've bought some reconditioned Blueprint calipers I've got my eye on.
Initially I will just be fitting a standard H22A engine & gearbox, and would expect the brakes I've got to be able to deal with that adequately. Once this is done I will be starting an engine side project. This will involve numerous upgrades to the standard components, as well as gas flowing, porting, & forced induction. I will of course be looking to upgrade to a larger brake setup at this time.
Thanks for the link though @Donald. I'll trawl through those threads over the coming weeks & months to school myself on the subject, and hopefully find all the information I need.
Cheers.

I wouldn't count on it. You wouldn't be able to drive with the h22a to its full capacity until you've upgraded the brakes... At least not off the drag strip anywayCrunchyAdams82 wrote:Initially I will just be fitting a standard H22A engine & gearbox, and would expect the brakes I've got to be able to deal with that adequately.

What about with the Brembo Discs & Blueprint pads? I'm sure they'd be sufficient to cope with a standard H22A, wouldn't they?NafemanNathan wrote:I wouldn't count on it. They shouldn't make much difference over OEM discs and pads I'm afraid. The calipers on a 3rd gen were designed to cope with a B20a and a lesser A20a, which when compared to an H22a make the H22a an obvious large block. With a combination of additional weight and speed from dropping an H22a in over a B20a your stopping distances are you going to increase considerably.

Hmm. Will H22 stuff fit straight on, or will mods be required?
