is there anyone who makes a short shifter which replaces the whole gearstick assembly?

A new company that came out sometime last year or so, but they are back up and running. Some people have had some issues with them but here is the link

I've seen some smart looking shifter for other cars

yeah i probably will, or as Rob has said i might modify a stock shifter 
I wanted to go for the stripped out look with no gaiter etc which is why i wanted a smart looking one but i might have to have a rethink.
