ATR intake manifold hose help?

I need a few pointers on where vacuum hoses go on the ATR H22a7 intake manifold. @Lude-Dude I know you have one working on your car.

This this what they are?

1. Brake booster
2. PCV hose
3. Fuel pressure regulator
4. MAP sensor
5. blanked off?

Crap, I don't think they have the exact same connections. Phil when you see the pics can you have a look on your car please. @NafemanNathan might know this too.

Anyone know the outer diameter of the brake booster pipe? Would it be 13mm? I need to reroute the brake booster pipe as the OEM one doesn't want to go to that location.

I've relocated mine Merlin, but you can actually twist it. It's only an interference fit, so if you clamp if carefully, you should be able to rotate it without requiring heat. Mine did and then just popped out.

Otherwise 5/16 (8mm) comes to mind.
