What Exhaust
I'm after an exhaust system...
Mines currently blowing from the down pipe... so i'm going to replace the whole unit.
It MUST sound nice, sexy... amazing! Nothing like what them chavs whack on there corsas, novas etc.
Eventually my lude will be heading for a engine performance rebuild... SO i would like a system that would benefit the future, and not something that needs to be replaced when that time comes.
Do you guys have any suggestions for all the parts?
If you have Links or even better Pictures! Would be awesome

I've just received a Blueflame decat and catback from JDM-BB4. He sent me a few videos of what it sounded like and it was brilliant, not a loud fart-cannon at all. A lot of people have highly recommended the Blueflame!
As for manifold/downpipe, I haven't the foggiest. I got a Tanabe one from him but I don't think you can get them anymore. The best one on the market as far as I can remember is the Fujitsubo, but they are mega-expensive!

All depends on your price range bud. You could look to Solid fabs to custom build you a whole system (manifold to backbox) to suit your needs/future needs, but that'll probably set you back around the £800+ mark. That WILL give you performance gains though.
There are plenty of decent branded catback systems out there, but look to pay £400-£600 for any of them (Again they will give you small gains).
It's the manifold/downpipe combi that you'll struggle with. Fujitsubo are one of the worthy contenders and still available new, but are still pricey. Otherwise look to get a second hand Mugen (sorry, recently sold mine) or Tanabe. There's currently a worthy looking Jasma credited manifold on ebay, but you would need to get a downpipe custom made to suit it.
Just don't bother with any of the ebay special manifolds... Apart from being stainless and sounding raspy, they'll give you no more performance gain over standard.

Was reading through an old thread a couple weeks ago and Rich at PAW had a mugen mani and greddy exhaust on his race car a few years back (same as mine is now ) but I got lucky when I picked mine up. Still cost me £600 second hand so I think the £800 for a brand new full system from solid fab is a good call tbh. You can have whatever bore you want and have it match all the way through then too which will help with the power of your build.
As for noise, the combi I have is quite loud but it's very addictive. I felt a bit bad for my neighbours at first but the sound definately grows on you!

I've a full Solid Fabs system on my Accord - Tri-y manifold, decat, mid section & back boxes. Looks awesome and sounds awesome.
Just a bliP of the throttle and recorded on the phone, but you get the idea.
