I can see an exhaust place cutting the flange of and making the downpipe a slip joint fit like the plm are.

Might be worth investigating? Problem is I don't have the other end of the exhaust either :? so how could my custom guy come up with a match??

The lack of downpipe didn't affect me when I bought it as I had ATTS and would have needed a custom one anyway. Still regret not getting the whole thing finished

Hmmm. I was going to suggest getting the cat end made long, with no flange on so that whoever bought it only has to get that end cut down to suit and a flange welded on, but then that's still a potential trip to the garage.

Will it fit a DC sports downpipe? Got one hanging around. Gave away the header..
Will Shell for postage only. Guess around £25 . Needs some TLC but if it fits it will save you lots!

Measurements of the header would be nice ( drawing) so I can check

Well this is an interesting thread. seems like im gonna have to try and track down a downpipe that matches the manifold better. any ideas where i might be able to get one other then getting one made up by a fabricator?

Im guessing that although the joint isnt leaking, that the mismatched port on the down pipe is going to be affecting performance somewhat right?

Sorry I did not realise it was for H22. Silly question really.
